Lagrimas de Dolores Cenizo Anejo Mezcal is made with 100% agave Durangenis (cenizo) in the state of Durango. This mezcal is made by maestra mezcalera (female mezcalero) Fabiola �vila. She has a degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology with a specialization in fermentation from the Technological Institute of Durango. Raul Resendiz is a biochemist who also assists in the production of this mezcal. This mezcal is aged for one year in first-generation white oak barrels before bottling. It has notes of wood, caramel, and herbs. The ABV may vary slightly.
