Charles Pelletier Blanc de Blanc NV is light golden tinted with a fine, consistent bead and a light mousse. The first thing you pick up is the crisp citrus aroma, followed by subtle yeasty/fresh bread notes and nutty hints. The palate is textural and well weighted, sitting nicely in the mouth. Citrus and mineral notes are ever-present, and the finish is mid-length, leaving a light, pleasant aftertaste.
