Wild Strawberry Liquor (Crme de Fraise des bois) made from the maceration of wild strawberry and farm strawberry. The tiny wild strawberries bring a typical ‚¬œgreen‚¬� taste to the Liquor, while the bigger strawberries (Sanga-Sangana varietal) are very sweet and aromatic, counterbalancing the taste. A natural fruit flavour, it is very intense, fresh and slightly acidulous. Ruby in colour, but very bright. Created for professional cocktail bartenders. Rated 4 Stars on the renowned Diffords Guide.
